9-1-1 Manager National Certification
Program
Beginning in 2010
The national certification program is comprised of a series of stand-alone courses which can be taken at different time and in any order.
NECI does not conduct sit-and listen seminars. Each course is an intensive 3-day interactive workshop. The participant must actively participate in all individual and group exercises to become certificate eligible.
Course 1: 9-1-1 PSAP Management Program
Course 2: Developing a 9-1-1 Policies and Procedures Manual
Course 3: Developing a 9-1-1 Quality Assurance Program
Course 4: Employee Management Program
Course 5.
EMD Program Implementation
Upon completion of each course, the participant will receive a
Certificate of Attendance.
Upon completion of the entire series of the 9-1-1 Manager
Certification Program, the participant will be awarded the prestigious
“Certified 9-1-1 Manager”
certificate.
Attendance the entire Series Free for Hosting:
Each course can be hosted by an agency, public safety training center,
community college or other academic institution.
